PROGRAM OVERVIEW

LeadHer Initiative is a leadership development program for high school girls in grades 9–12. Through monthly workshops, community service projects, mentorship, guest speakers, and leadership experiences, participants gain valuable skills that prepare them for success in school, careers, and life.

The program is designed to encourage confidence, responsibility, teamwork, communication, and community engagement while helping girls discover their unique strengths and leadership potential.

Community service is a core component of LeadHer Initiative. Participants will work together to identify needs within the community and engage in service projects that create meaningful impact while strengthening leadership and teamwork skills.

Students receive verified volunteer hours for eligible activities.

LeadHer Initiative is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where young women can learn, grow, and develop leadership skills.

Parents will receive information regarding program expectations, schedules, events, and opportunities for involvement throughout the program year.
